Formerly of Norwich bands Shake The Nation, The Ital Selection, Sex Und Metall and The Distance in the 1980s. Cassette releases on the Nationsounds label, along with other local bands plus a compilation tape, 'The Norwich Tapes'. 2000 saw the solo CDs 'Unfinished Dinphonies' and 'HMS Dinafore'. Then two Brain Tumour Charity mash-up albums featuring Man 'Crintabulated' and 'Manipulated' .
